Hupfield Phase 1

The civil construction for Project Hupfield Phase 1 is scheduled to restart in mid April 2012 with completion by mid July 2012. The project was deferred as a result of the Ontario Energy Board’s review of Toronto Hydro’s capital budget.

Our contractor (Powerline Plus) and crews will not be required to access your house but if you have any doubts about someone claiming to be "from Hydro", ask to see the person's Toronto Hydro identity card, which includes the employee’s name and colour photograph. If your vehicle is blocked and you need to move it, please speak with a Toronto Hydro staff member on-site.

Upon project completion, affected areas will be restored to pre-construction conditions.  This repair work will be done as weather and scheduling permits.
