The civil construction for Project Albion Silverstone was completed in 2010 and 2011. Toronto Hydro Electric System Limited (Toronto Hydro) will now return to complete the electrical upgrade. Throughout this upgrade, Toronto Hydro crews will be pulling cable underground, converting the overhead electrical service from the rear lot to an underground electrical service.
Electrical work is expected to begin early May 2012 with an anticipated completion by December 2012, as weather, scheduling and funding permits.
The affected streets are:
- Silverstone Road
- Elmvale Crescent
- Litchfield Court
- Avening Drive
- Duntroon Crescent
- Charnleigh Court
Power interruptions will be necessary to switch from the old to the new system. Toronto Hydro will endeavor to give you advanced notice of any planned outages.We appreciate your cooperation and ask that customers exercise caution around construction areas.

Please be advised that Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited (Toronto Hydro) has completed the civil construction for Project Albion-Silverstone and electrical construciton will begin in January 2012 and is tentatively scheduled to be completed in July 2012.
